Order delivery via courier service

Delivery of all products in the eTeleshop is at a very nominal rate. We currently deliver to all areas for a fee of Rs.220.00.


Your order will be delivered within 05 working days once your payment has been processed. Orders should be completed before 2.00 pm to ensure to stat processing on the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will not be processed until the next working day. Business days are from Monday to Friday excluding the Public, Bank and Mercantile holidays.

While we will make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you on the next working day, in some exceptional circumstances delivery will not be possible on the promised date. Sri Lanka Telecom will not be held liable for such delays in delivery.

You will be notified by email in the event that an item you ordered is out of stock. Once your payment has been processed an order confirmation email will be sent to you.


Store pickup

Note that we do not charge a delivery fee for the Store Pickup option. The customer has to pick up the Order from SLT Slave Island Teleshop by producing the Order ID and NIC, Passport or Driving License. 

  • Pickup time: Only on weekdays from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm.

Online delivery of Software Packages  & Activation Keys.

Software packages and activation keys will be delivered to the customer email as per the below time periods.

  • Orders within Monday-Friday:  Within 1 Day.
  • Orders on weekends and holidays: Immediate Monday or next working day.
  • Get your order status: Visit the Order Tracking page and search by Order ID and Email.
